Sunday School
We are changing back to virtual-only Sunday school for all ages starting Sunday, October 4, 2020.
Classes for children preschool through 5th grade will be offered in two session: at 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Attend whichever session works best for your family! Each of the groups will meet as a “one-room” class with all ages together. The Zoom link will be shared through weekly emails.
The “Tween” group (for 6th-8th graders) will be meeting virtually at 9:30 a.m. Tween group leaders will share the link for their Zoom meeting via e-mail.
If you need assistance with Zoom, or if you are new to our Sunday School program and would like to register, please contact the church office (356-3991 or email fumc@barabooumc.org). The Children’s Ministry Coordinator will then get back to you with details!

Youth Group
Kenda Scott and Mary Krszjzaniek have been offering unique opportunities for youth in grades 6 to 12 through Zoom meetings and mask-to-mask in-person encounters (with social distancing, of course). One example has been delivering groceries to the elderly and homebound either due to the pandemic or because of an elderly person’s physical limitations. Middle and high schoolers can feel good about giving back to the community by calling the Church Office at 608-356-3991. Please join us!
