In Case of Winter Weather…

1.       Use good personal judgment at all times.

2.       The head Trustee and the Pastor will make the decision on Sunday morning if church should be cancelled. If there is a cancellation, information will be communicated via email, Facebook, the church answering machine, and on the local TV channels by 8am.

3.       SPIRIT night activities will follow the school schedule – if there is a school cancellation or early release, SPIRIT night activities will also be cancelled.

4.       Cancellation of smaller group church activities (committees, choir, etc.) will be decided and communicated directly by the chairperson or other lead individual.
